My work sits at the intersection of languages, international collaboration and organisational development. As a consultant, coach and language trainer I support organisations, institutions and professionals in projects, development processes and intercultural environments.
My professional journey began with training as a translator and interpreter for Italian at the Sprachen- und Dolmetscher-Institut in Munich. From the very beginning, language, communication and intercultural understanding have been central themes in my work.
At the same time, I started teaching German and Italian in adult education and worked as a translator and interpreter.
With the aim of combining my linguistic and intercultural expertise with organisational and business perspectives, I later studied Business Administration at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich.
After completing my studies I worked for several years as a consultant in international project environments at Siemens. My work focused on areas such as process optimisation, communication concepts, project and quality management as well as organisational documentation.
This experience shaped my understanding of complex organisational structures, project dynamics and collaboration in international teams.
Languages are not only my profession but also a personal passion. For many years I have actively studied foreign languages and continue to develop my skills through courses and stays abroad.
Besides German and Italian, I speak English, French and Spanish fluently and have knowledge of Portuguese. Most recently I attended a Portuguese language course in Portugal.
This linguistic and cultural openness also shapes the way I work in international professional environments.
In 2011 I started my own business in order to bring together the different dimensions of my professional background. To further develop my consulting skills, I completed a certification as a systemic coach and team trainer (DBVC – German Coaching Association).
I later expanded my qualifications by training as a mediator in business contexts.
Today I work independently in several roles: as a consultant and project facilitator, as a coach and trainer, and in the field of language services and intercultural communication.
Depending on the project, the focus of my work may range from consulting assignments to coaching and team training. Across all these activities, a common thread remains: supporting understanding, structure and collaboration in international contexts.
