I support organisations, institutions and professionals in complex environments where communication, processes and mutual understanding are key to successful outcomes.
Drawing on extensive experience in consulting, project environments, language training and coaching, I combine analytical thinking, intercultural awareness and a strong practical focus.

I support organisations in complex project environments, working at the interface between business units, processes and IT.
My work covers the full project lifecycle, from analysis and concept development to the integration of project outcomes into regular operations. Key activities include process analysis and optimisation, organisational consulting, training and the development of clear procedures and documentation.
In different project settings I have worked in advisory and coordination roles, including PMO functions, the development of communication concepts and the creation of operational guidelines and process documentation. Building on this experience, I later worked as a Functional Analyst, acting as a key interface between business departments and technical development teams.
My added value lies in translating requirements between different professional worlds: I turn business needs into IT-ready structures and make technical concepts understandable for non-technical stakeholders. This creates clarity, improves collaboration and supports sustainable implementation.
Through coaching and mediation I support individuals and organisations during phases of change, professional transition or complex decision-making processes.
In professional contexts I often work in collaboration with training providers or organisations where coaching forms part of broader development programmes. In these settings I support individuals and teams in areas such as professional positioning, role clarification and communication.
A particular focus of my work is supporting international professionals and non-native German speakers. Here coaching is closely connected with language awareness and intercultural understanding, helping clients gain confidence and orientation within the German professional environment.
I also work with individuals facing professional transitions or new challenges, using a structured and solution-oriented approach. As a certified mediator I facilitate the structured clarification of conflicts in both professional and private contexts.
I facilitate and support work and development processes in different organisational settings — from workshops and team formats to project alignment and decision processes.
The aim is to structure complex topics, bring different perspectives together and enable workable outcomes. I often take on a bridging role between business functions, project stakeholders and culturally or linguistically diverse actors.
With experience at the interface of business units, IT and international teams, I help organisations clarify requirements, structure decisions and improve collaboration.
